Sub: Pre-Bid Tie-Up for design, supply and installation of 400 kw solar photovoltaic power plant with associated distribution line construction works on turnkey basis under renewable energy based power generation pilot project in remote haor area. We, Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd., (TCIL), is a Government Of India Enterprise under Ministry of Communications, New Delhi. TCIL is a world-reputed organization for providing turnkey solution from concept to commissioning in the field of telecommunications. TCIL has successfully completed a number of telecom & consultancy projects throughout the world in last 33 years period and presently working in 60 countries. We are participating in the above mentioned tender and wish you to associate with us. The following works are involved. The scope of this bid is Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Inspection, Delivery to the Site, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Performance Test and related Civil and Building works including necessary auxiliaries and ancillaries of 400 KW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant with associated distribution line construction works on Turnkey basis under Renewable Energy Based Power Generation Pilot Project in remote haor area. All the terms and conditions shall be on back to back basis as per the tender. The Validity of offer: 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid Interested companies who are willing to work with TCIL for potential opportunities on back-to-back technical and commercial conditions on Exclusive basis may submit their technical & commercial offer along with the EMD of Amount 5,00,000/-(Five lakhs Only) valid for 150 days for bid latest by 1100 hrs on 31-07-2012 and the bids will be opened at 1130 hrs on same day. Bidders should quote their price latest by 31st july 2012.The bid price shall include all expenses and charges of whatever nature including research, investigation, measurement, personnel salaries etc. We request you to submit your offer within the mentioned time frame, along with ISO certificate for Product Manufacturing Manufacturing Capacity Supply Records for similar products. Technical Literature of the offered Products Company Profile along with turnover details & income tax return for the last three years. 2009-10, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 Certificate of Incorporation, Central Sales Tax certificate, Sales tax certificate. Willingness to execute the opportunity on back to back terms and conditions of the client. Power of attorney for the authorized signatory / Board Resolution. Willingness to submit PBG in the form of Bank Guarantee and sign the integrity pact with TCIL.
