Dr. Sam Pitroda, Advisor to Prime Minister of India, delivered a special talk on "Public information Infrastructure and Innovation" from Pan African e-Network studio at TCIL Headquarters, New Delhi to 47 countries of Africa on 31July 2012.The lecture was well attended by 53 locations in Africa and more than 460 persons comprising students, doctors, academicians and VIPs attended the lecture. This was the second series of lectures to African Nations by Eminent Personalities of India in the field of Art, Culture, Education, Health, Social Development, Science & Technology etc. The lecture was followed by a questionnaire session in which the participants put as many as 45 questions, which were answered by Dr. Sam Pitroda to the satisfaction of all.
