Shri.Vimal Wakhlu is a B.E. from REC Srinagar 1977 and MBA Marketing from IGNOU. He is also a certified Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, Pennsylvania. Started his career with NHPC in 1977 followed by OCS (Overseas Communications Services) (VSNL) till 1983. Worked in DOT (Department of Telecom) from 1983 to 2000 and BSNL from 2000 to 2006 in various capacities including Director Satellite Maintenance Western Region and General Manager Mobile Services in Maharashtra Circle and the North East Circle. He has got more than 34 years experience in the field of Telecom including e-Networks, Mobile Communications, Satellite Communications including VSAT based networks, Optical Communications, Troposcatter Communication, Data Transmission, Maritime Communications, International Telephony, Analog and Digital Microwave Systems, Analog and Digital Co-axial Systems and Video Transmission - Analog/Digital. He has been actively involved in the activities of IETE, particularly the Mumbai Chapter and has held positions of Hon. Treasurer, Secretary and vice Chairman. He has been a Visiting faculty on Advanced Mobile Communications systems, and Business of Telecom Management. He is also a Director on Boards of the following Joint Venture Companies of TCIL.

Before taking over as Chairman & Managing Director on 16th December, 2011, he was Director(Technical) in TCIL.

Shri Vinod Kumar Sharma is an officer of 1975 Batch of Indian Telecom Service.  He graduated in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electronics from Delhi College of Engineering in 1975.  He completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (MBA) from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon in 1989.  He has more than 30 years experience in Department of Telecommunications, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Telecommunications Consultants India Limited.  He has worked in managerial positions in almost all fields of Telecom Service provision like equipment installation, project management, operation & maintenance, business development and customer service. Before joining as Director (Projects) on 9th July, 2007, he was Executive Director (Transmission & Wireless Technology) in TCIL.

Shri A K Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is LLB (Proff.) and have Post Graduate Diploma in International Law for Trade & Business. He has over 32 years experience in reputed Manufacturing, Consultancy, Engineering, Contracting and telecom service providing companies. He has worked with Central and State PSUs. He has vast experience in Finance & Accounts, Budget and Budgetary Controls, Risk Management, Management of Foreign Exchange, Taxation, Investment Appraisal, Formulation of Systems and Procedure for Management Accounting and Reporting, Financial Evaluation of the Projects. He has also wide experience in effectively dealing with multilateral agencies, Exchange Control Authorities and Financial Institutions. He played very important role in formation of JVCs in India and abroad and their further business developments. Before taking over the charge of Director (Finance) from 01.07.2011, he was holding the post of Executive Director (F&BD) in TCIL.

Mr Ram Narain, is an Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer of 1979 batch and presently posted as Deputy Director General (Security) in the Department of Telecommunication (DoT), Government of India. In this capacity he is responsible for formulation of national telecom network security policies and coordinating with security agencie on matters related to telecom security. In his 30 years carreer he has worked in the different functional areas of Telecom viz Network Security, Vigilance, R & D coordination, Planning, Operations & Maintenance, Administration, Project Management, Training, HRD & Career Development. He possesses Degree in Electrical (Electronics) Engineering and Master in Business Administration (MBA). He is also a Fellow of Institute of Engineers (FIE), India and Fellow of Institute of Electroncis and Telecommuncation Engineers (FIETE), India. Mr. Shahbaz Ali, having Master Degree from Patna University, is an officer of Indian P& T Accounts & Finance Service of 1989 Batch. He is presently working as DDG (TPF & Accounts) in GOI, Ministry of Communications & IT, Deptt. of Telecom. Mr. Ali has wide and varied experience in the field of Telecom Sector as he has worked in various capacities in Deptt. of Telecom and its Public Sectors, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. In his present assignment, Mr. Shahbaz Ali is responsible for; " Formulation of Budget of DOT " Rendering Finance advice for DOT's PSEs (including disinvested PSEs). " Nodal Officer for Indian Telegraph Act for billing related disputes. " Overall accounting functions of Department of Telecom. Mr. Ali has also rendered his services as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of Tata Communications Ltd.

Shri K.Sridhara is an officer of 1972 batch (Topper) of Indian Telecom Services. He is BE(Hons.) and MSc(Engg.) from Engineering College Guindy, Chennai. Apart from this, he is also possessing MBA degree from Faculty of Management Studies and LLB from Delhi University. Apart from this, he is a member of Chartered Financial Analysis. He is having more than 37 ½ rich experience in policy making in General Management Co-ordination Technical Development Training & Research Organization of DOT. He has retired as Member (Technology), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) in June 2009. Prior to Member (Technology), he worked as Chief General Manager, Tamilnadu Telecom Circle and Assam Telecom Circle, BSNL. He worked in DOT/MTNL/BSNL in various positions interalia Director(Costing), Project Director, Tamilnadu Telecommunications Ltd.(TTL)

Ms.Anusua Basu After completing her MA from Kolkata University, Ms.Basu joined the Indian Audit & Account Service in 1970 as a regular recruit. In a career span of over 36 years, she acquired experience in audit of transactions of State and Central Govts., United Nations agencies and other international organizations. She retired in 2006 as Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General cum Chairperson Audit Board, New Delhi.

Shri M.Balakrishnan is a B.E.(Hons.)(EEE) from BITS, Pilani (1977) with First rank in Engg. Thereafter, he completed Ph.D(EE) in 1984 from IIT Delhi. He had joined IIT Delhi in 1977 and since then he had vast experience in the Educational field and is presently occupying the position of Deputy Director(Faculty) in IIT Delhi. He has been acknowledged with Vasvik Award in the year 2008 for carrying out the research that is industrially relevant. He is a receiver of various other numerous awards and titles like TODAES 2007 Best paper Award by SIGDA, Konrad Zuse fellow in 1994 by DAAD, Germany and NRDC Invention Award in 1982. His field of Specialization include Behavioral and system level synthesis, System level design and modeling, Computer Architecture, Hardware-software Co-design etc.

Shri Madan Verma is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also an LLB from Meerut University. He has more than 32 years experience as Practicing CA doing Audits, Tax Consultancy and advisory service on Company Law matters to Corporates, Banks and PSUs. He is a founder and senior partner of the Firm, M.Verma & Associates since 01.04.1979. He possesses more than 12 years experience as CA Director on the Board of two Nationalised Banks i.e. Bank of Maharashtra and Vijaya Bank. Mr.Verma is presently non-official CA Director on the Board of various PSUs like Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. & Pragati Power Construction Ltd. He has been closely associated with Projects sponsored by Govt. for Anti Poverty Programmes in Delhi & U.P. to be implemented by Banks and has also authored Book titled, "Finance for Everyone".
